Bank of America – “Ok place to work if you can tolerate pay...”

Pros

Fun environment if you are a people person and are not easily upset/bothered by rude customers...

Cons

Can get really repetitive and management will pressure you to sell bank products to customers....pay sucks (8.50) for what they expect of you. I didn't stay long enough to learn about promotional opportunities.

Advice to Senior Management

I never had issues with management at my branch...just realize most people don't care to upgrade their service/open new accounts when they are just coming to make a deposit or cash a check.
