-My team was great to work with.

Cons

-Pay could be higher.
-If you're looking to get paid like other investment banks, you can forget it.
-It's hard to move from one specialized division to another.

Advice to Senior Management

Great experience overall. Pay could be higher. Wish we were allowed to have mentors in other divisions. At the same time, all this is to be expected from working at a corporation.
