Entry level benefits with a chance to grow

Former Employee - Proof Encoder in San Francisco, CA
Former Employee - Proof Encoder in San Francisco, CA

I worked at Bank of America part-time (More than a year)

Pros

Pay was based on efficiency and accuracy, so I did fairly well in a menial position. I was impressed that I was also eligible for profit-sharing and full benefits, even as a part-time employee who often worked less than twenty hours a week.

Cons

There aren't any where I currently live, otherwise I may still be working for them.

Advice to Management

The management in my division stayed just as late as I did on weekends and holidays, which was a more than symbolic gesture.
