Bank of America – “TOS equals no pay”
Pros
Easy work , low stress
Cons
Carrot and a stick as far as pay. I started as teller then sr teller (no raise) then TOS and got a whole 1 Dollar raise! What a waste of time. 2/3 more work for one dollar. If you think about it, I got a pay cut for my work.
Advice to Senior Management
Management is no help since they've already proven that they like being taken advantage of.
