Bank of America – “Nothing Special or Nothing Bad”

Pros

Good benefits and nice time off after a couple of years of service also having those bank holidays off was very nice

Cons

Management was so distant from their employees and the location I worked at was one giant factory enviorment parking was tough sometimes

Advice to Senior Management

Bridge the Gap between mamagement and employees. Try to make the working locations a bit more personal and not so drab
