Bank of America – “Overall--A great place to work.”

Pros

**Started out as a part-time teller and have quickly advanced. **Great job for college students. **Excellent Benefits-Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, Pension, Tuition/Adoption/Childcare Reimbursement---all with even just a part-time status. **In my geographic area, the pay is excellent, other banks don't even come close.

Cons

Always changing, if you think you know something, just wait...it will be different tomorrow.

Advice to Senior Management

Remember the 'little people'. Banking Centers and Customer Service Reps. are the main holders of interaction with our customers, and the customer is the core support of Bank of America.
