Bank of America – “dont work here. if you want to get somewhere prepare to suck up to the managers because if not they will not promote you”

its a job that can get you by if your going to school, its easy, and depending where you work the workers are the only thing that makes work better.

Cons

its a 9-5 job, goals are ridiculous high, rude customer service, low lowwww pay and expects you to do everything and anything.

Advice to Senior Management

the only way your workers are going to want to do a better job is if they treat them well as well.
