Bank of America – “Salary review”

Pros

Bank of America has some of the best benefits in the business. It offers pretty good health care and retirement, employee support and vacation time. However, these should not be replacements for good old fashion salary compensation.

Cons

Associates are grossly underpaid with the promise of bonuses to suppliment the salary. Often, these bonuses don't "cut the mustard".

Advice to Senior Management

Pay us what we are worth because we are the face of the company.
