Pros

If you work hard and really have a drive to succeed, then you can do it here.

Cons

They could do better with allowing associates to balance work and life. Being out of owrk for any reason is a big issue. If you are out then you had better be in the hospital or all hell will break loose and you will never hear the end of it and your commitment will always be questioned.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Focus on your associates more and they will make your clients happier when they're happier.

    It is an excellent place to start a carreer because of the versatility of the company and the many different services they offer.

    Cons

    As a supply chain analyst, sometimes it feels like you are more of a support role rather than an actual core part of their business efforts

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    They are doing a great job but I would say it is important to keep a global perspective with the current shape of the economy.

    Pros

    Management all on the same sheet of music as far as changes go. They all say the same things about guidance from above and do their best to implement it.

    Cons

    Cranky customers, changes to what is required without any consideration of economic stress or the type of calls received in a given period of time. Static requirements for sales with reduced incentive plans and favoritism among team managers are what you should expect.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Why do you terminate people who are in the top 10-15% in overall sales because of a "Failure" to sell one product which was arbitrarily created from a standard product. (It may end up as more profitable) I guess paying salary and training expenses is a better choice than keeping current employees. Of the 40 people who started with me, there are 3 left less than 2 years later. That attrition is mostly due to termination or quitting because of stress and abuse.
