Current Employee – been working at Bank of America

Pros – If you work hard and really have a drive to succeed, then you can do it here.

Cons – They could do better with allowing associates to balance work and life. Being out of owrk for any reason is a big issue. If you are out then you had better be in the hospital or all hell will break loose and you will never hear the end of it and your commitment will always be questioned.

Advice to Senior Management – Focus on your associates more and they will make your clients happier when they're happier.
