1) One of the most admired organization in the word
2) Treat employees as an asset and respect them
3) Excellent domain to work with
4) Since we dont have any client, work pressure is minimum
5) Free transportation, food etc
6) One of the Paymaster in the industry
7) Excellent senior leadership
8) A pool of brilliant people where exists a healthy competition
9) Opportunity to learn and apply advanced technologies

These are the main reason why i prefer bank of america. However these are all my personal feelings and i hope it would help you. Thank You All

1) infrasturcture
2) Restricted enviornment with alot of secuirty norms
3) Less onsite opportunities

1) Create more onsite opportunities
2) Bring more quality processes into the organization
