    Pros

Great benefits, including health, retirement and discounts at a number of major retailers. Vacation and sick time for full time and part time employees. Leadership is general is very strong.

    Cons

Pay is typically lower than industry average, particularly as you advance positions. The company is focused on cost-cutting and driving sales, so you're usually understaffed and pressed beyond your capacity to succeed.
