    Pros

Pay, incentives, HR, room for growth, great products, risk culture

    Cons

Get comfortable and then you get sold like cattle to a new bank..
No regard for associates. Completely ignorant.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

First off when you "sell" a banking center to a different bank please don't degrade the associates more than they already are. You tell several centers they are no longer part of the company, and you offer NO support. I would have rather been layed off then harassed and told all associates sold can't return to the company for 1 year. That's the worst feeling knowing your leaving your dream job and the company could careless. You didn't save jobs, on the contrary 60% of associates quit. I guess you achieved your cutback goals.

    Pros

    Great Teammates
Access to Learning and Development Resources
    Holidays

    Cons

"Family-Friendly" is just for PR. There is no time for family when you are doing the work of 3-4 people and pulling regular all-nighters.

All you will ever be there is a name on a row of an enormous spreadsheet that is constantly being examined and trimmed. When you are up for trimming, none of your 80-hour weeks will matter.

The overwhelming culture is "eat or be eaten," made alarmingly worse by the rapid spread of privileged young MBAs who know nothing but the classroom, daddy's money, and how to Instagram themselves ad nauseam while out on the town.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Update your resumes.
