I worked at Bank of America full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

It is a company that supports work/life balance although since the crisis that has taken a major hit. Work environment differs a lot depending on the group you are in.

Cons

It was stressful when dealing with difficult situations or projects, negligible company support, too quick to lay the blame without thinking about the problem and how to solve it first

I worked at Bank of America as a contractor (more than an year)

    Pros

The co workers and boss were very cool to work with. There was allot of training material available and I continued learning the entire time. They were flexible to allow time off to attend school functions for my son.

    Cons

Contractors are unable to attend employee functions or parties. They worked you hard with the min. daily outpoot was 250 assignments.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Allow more interaction with contractors. They work just as hard if not harder trying to get noticed and possible be hired on.
Pay attention to mandatory employee testing 90% cheated in my department. It was pathetic that if they did not cheat they would not pass tests given on their job.
