    Doesn't Recommend
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

There isn't anything positive to say about working for this company. Compensation is either at par or below what market demands.

    Cons

Low pay compared to rest if industry, Huge office politics hurdle. As an employee, you have a lot to prove, but management not flexible and not willing to help adjust, or provide adequate training. Management always too busy in meetings. Long hours for low pay. Good deeds go unnoticed, bad deeds remain as a stain on your record forever.

    Advice to Management

Look into proper training of employees. Provide real world examples. Review feedback should focus on the positive and the negative, not just one-sided reviews. Too much micro-managing. And emphasis is placed on solely the small inconsequential mishaps or mistakes. Where if more time where dedicated to the big picture (how can we improve the processes) could help out company in the long run. Management afraid to discard old inefficient process methods, and look to new and more efficient ways of doing things. They have the "this is the way we've always done it" mentality
