Pros – Compensation can be above average
Stable business and reasonable job security
Cons – They treat certified professionals like basic call center employees
Highly metrics bound and essentially dehumanizing work environment
Advice to Senior Management – You can get away with treating employees like a number during these trying times but turnover will dramatically increase once there are more opportunities out there.
