Pros – Solid brand recognition, friendly bank environment, room for growth, a great place to perfect your communication skills, younger co-workers, newer facilities

Cons – At the mercy of the customer in a banking center, still use old computer software, broken referral system, hard to get out of the retail side

Advice to Senior Management – Be more selective in who you put in a manager role. Look for talent within the company, be open to change.
