“Flunkies need only apply Please”
Current Employee – been working at Bank of New York Mellon full-time for more than a year
Pros – Great Benefits package. Not much else
Cons – You will only advance in the company if you know someone. You will be talked to like you are a child. There is absolutely nobody that you can trust.
Advice to Senior Management – Just give up... Close the whole company.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
