BOT is one of the prestige organization of Thailand
with a very low rate of acceptance due to low turn over rate
people will perceive you as one of the smartest people of the country in the field

Cons

aging community
since most employees stay until retire.
The organization is somehow involve with public policy so the process of working and authorizing is somehow slow.
the pay is lower compare to other private companies

Advice to Senior Management

management should be the one who really earn management degree or has an experience in managing people.
not the one who is next in line
