Pros

the people there were great, they gave you the flexibility to work from home when necessary, and to work flex hours.

Cons

Communication from senior management was lacking. Benefits were mediocre at best. Projects were given unreasonable timelines and always had to be extended.

Advice to Senior Management

Senior management should communicate more often and more honestly with lower management and the associates. Perhaps move to the agile method rather than the ineffective waterfall method.
