    Insurance Agent

Insurance Agent (Former Employee) Deerfield Beach, FL

I worked at Bankers Life & Casualty as a contractor for more than a year

Pros: Great training on an ongoing basis. Cyclical training cycle keeps you sharp on… Cons: Not enough mentoring by senior producers. Compensation model doesn't match industry… Advice to Senior Management: Improve field training allowance to allow agents to keep 100% commission on sales. Managers should be compensated sufficiently to allow them… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More

'Leads' are generated poorly, given to managers first, then passed down to agents when they can't write… Advice to Senior Management: None. You obviously want Bankers to fail or you would be more concerned with making… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
