No pressure, but 100% commission

Insurance Agent (Former Employee) Edina, MN

ProsGreat training. It was some of the best training I've ever had. The branch manager really cares about the agents.

ConsCold calling. If you're not good at cold calling, you better get good at knocking on people's doors. There are no benefits or salary. Bonuses are very hard to get.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
