Former Employee – worked at Bankers Life & Casualty full-time for less than a year

Pros – Great training. It was some of the best training I've ever had. The branch manager really cares about the agents.

Cons – Cold calling. If you're not good at cold calling, you better get good at knocking on people's doors. There are no benefits or salary. Bonuses are very hard to get.
