I worked at Bankers Life & Casualty part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Trips that promote sales and increase motivation

    Cons

They train you to lie and take advantage of the elderly, to spread fear of dying to promote sales. Disorganized, 2nd in command extremely unprofessional ( I heard her express complaints that she would never meet personal goals. I also hear her call one of my male coworkers a bi***).
A majority of the male coworkers came on to me. My boss even called me hot.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Watch who you promote and be more cautious of sexual harassment.
