Banner is top heavy, we have too many bosses to report to.

ProsFlexible schedule
Recognition bonuses for a good job a couple times per year. Although are now cutting.
Wonderful staff.

ConsMicro managed.
Demanding more from employees.
Cannot get promoted unless you know someone or are related.
Never stands up for employee, we are usually wrong.

Advice to Senior ManagementCut down on management. I have 3 bosses to report to and any correspondance has to go to all three. What a waste of time.
