Pros

I love that they support educational growth and learning potential. If living in the proper state and need to transfer you have the ability. Staff is amazing and Management is always helpful. Benefits are awesome and everyone works with you and one another to take care of the patients as well as the team.

Cons

They aren't every where! I'm moving to another state where there is no Banner. They don't have positions for midwives. Its not bad or good but the lunch is only 30 min and sometimes you don't get your breaks.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Everyone should have a fair chance at the schedules they really want without it being changed.

Overworked, Underpaid in a Hostile Environment

    Pros

People at the PBO are great to work with in Colorado

    Cons

Lack of support, ethic, integrity and too much nepotism, cronyism. Big problems get little attention and it takes forever to get anything done if at all. Compliance issues abound and are left to go away on their own. Too much upper management and not enough worker bees. You have to agree everything they do is right or prepare to be berated or worse.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Choose people for jobs based upon merit and not friendships. Recognize a job well done. Just because the competition does it does not mean we should copy them. Learn to prioritize and address what is important overall, not just from a personal standpoint. You are not above the Law. Treat everyone fairly.
