I have been working at Baptist Memorial Hospital - Desoto full-time for more than a year

    Pros

PTO accrual, great co-workers, training and additional education/certification opportunities. Also good benefits package available.

    Cons

Benefits package is not as great as it was due to budget cuts. I was told that they are no longer offering loan payback program or NCLEX bonus to new employees.
