Pros

The management treats you like a team instead of their inferiors. They make sure that you feel appreciated, welcome, and at home while at work (and at play). They are always willing to talk to you about anything, and are genuinely concerned for their employees' well-being.

Cons

Bar Louie does not offer benefits for servers. Even for management the benefits package is so dismal that it is hardly worth getting. If the employees had better benefits, the turnover might be less frequent.

Advice to Senior Management

Please offer your servers a benefits package. The servers are the face of the restaurant/bar, and being such, are the devices through which you make your money. The servers, in essence, are the salsemen/women. Please allow us to support ourselves (medically), so that we don't have to spend every penny we make treating ourselves when necessary.
