Barceló Crestline – “Crestline Hotels”

Pros

They truly care about their employees. I have worked for several different hotel companies and Crestline is by far the best. The corporate team lets you make decisions that you feel best for the hotel, but always available if you want to seek them out for opinions.

Cons

IT is very slow to respond to requests and problems. There isn't a system in place. You have to keep calling different numbers since the phone doesn't roll over to the next available person. It is very frustrating to get help.

No advise. They are great.
