Pros

The the best thing about working here is the ability to have a split shift, leaving time in the middle of the day to take care of personal business was a plus.

Cons

The training is too short for someone new to collecting . You train for four weeks and hit the floor. Then you are put on a warning after the FIRST month on the job if you do not meet the production standards.
This company is only interested in money, and is not good to their employees or their customers. They also promise huge incentives that can be made but you can work their and never make it. The

Listen to your employees and your customers. Revamp the whole incentive and compensation plan.
