Pros

work life balance is good - many people work from home.

Cons

- talk of big ambitions but lacking the will to break with a "clubby" past and reward/penalize based - on merit
- very political, low levels of trust between senior and middle management
- has talked of becoming international for some time but highly UK centric - would prefer if "they" could be more like "us"
- technology and HR (talent management) are shockingly poor, even for a large organization

Advice to Senior Management

now that they have brought in a lot of senior management talent again, they need to make sure this talent can work together and not build new fiefdoms, again.
