I have been working at Barclays Capital full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Great culture and can do attitude before Freeborn joined and especially post Lehman merger.

    Cons

Terrible culture after Freeborn became CIO and Lehman just killed it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Look back at what BarCap was like in say 2003 and replicate. No more Freeborn management drones, revisionist history or nepotism. People should be rewarded on what they do not on how well they suck up to the US overlords.
