Barclays Global Investors – “West coast culture”
Pros
It is great place to work for software engineers. Huge IT department with a lot of talented people. People are nice and team work oriented.
Cons
The company is becoming very large as a result of the merger with BlackRock. Role for each individual may become smaller.
