Current Employee - Operation Performance Lead in Knutsford, England (UK)

I have been working at Barclays

    Pros

Offer a very competative salary within sector, good working environment, adequate pension scheme, very friendly approachable professional staff. Work life balance.

    Cons

In my experience recieved no real appropriate training to keep up to date with the changes being made in my areas of technology thus feeling over the years as de-skilled.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

All the off shoring and constant restructuring is loosing valuable dedicated members of staff and placing remaining staff with uncertainty and seeking alternative deemed safer jobs with other companies.

    Recommends
    No opinion of CEO
