Former Employee – worked at Barclays full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – there were extra activities outside the work place that led to knowing more about the environment around us creating awareness.

Cons – concentration of alot of power to some individuals which sometimes made the working environment abit frustrating because that powerled to the whims of some individuals being met, some of which were ridiculous.

Advice to Senior Management – To open more lines of communication with staff to get more feedback and directly consult with groundstaff.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
