good amount of leaves
nice people to work with
bus facility
pay on par with industry

no onsite
no transparency
appraisal process is not clear
lateral inexperienced guys with less exp get more pay than existing
not much learning in work

be more transparent in appraisal process and maintain consistency in pay packages of exisiting employees and lateral employees
