Barclays – “Good money not much career”

Pros

Some good reasons are the money you get paid is quite nice. You are also not worrying about dealing with people in the US.

Cons

After working here I realize that the money that Barclays pays is very good. It however attracts the people who are only it for the money and not people who want to make a difference. The turnover rate here is very high so there is no real way to bond and form relationships. A lot of people are also from outsourcing companies and the level of sincerity to the job is very low.

Advice to Senior Management

Take a look at the people you have and hire more permanent staff instead of suffering high turnover from just outsourcing.
