    I worked at Barclays

    Pros

The work environment is average; it's comparable to other large banks. They have great holiday parties. There are opportunities for advancement but you may be required to relocate.

    Cons

They will make you many promises in the hiring process but don't follow through. Get everything in writing in case the recruiter "doesn't recall" saying it.
