Prosthere is good teamwork and work flexibility.People commmuicate openly with feedback ,there are many opportunities to learn when recognised.

ConsThere are a few bad management , met some before. some are really nasty and try to manipulate to their own benefits

Advice to Senior ManagementTo be the best of everything, the mangement need to show and not only just words that everything is done for the best foreveryone.

    Pros: - High performance encouraged/expected but still a relaxed atmosphere. - Good communication from senior execs about strategy. - Large organisation so opportunities to move into other areas… Cons: - There is the perception internally that you're far better off pay-wise as an external hire, therefore a lot of the younger talent looks externally… Advice to Senior Management: - Needs to be a centralised focus on talent management at lower levels because leaving this solely to individual line managers means some high potential… More
