Office Bullying Place....?

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Humacao, PR

ProsGood people at the manufacturing floor level (i.e., operators) with a strong desire to provide ideas, be considered, appreciated and respected as human beings with a unique idiosyncrasy (puertorricans).

ConsChange in "Senior" Management a couple of years ago created a chaos in the organization, dislocating every aspect of its culture. Thus, a tense, unknown, dubious work environment exists. Elitist senior management with an over-grown sense of superiority provokes continuous discomfort among professionals (i.e., engineers, buyers, QA people, etc.).

Advice to Senior ManagementMy advice goes to Corporate Management whom shall take a close look at the high turnover and the reasons why the company has such a bad reputation in the island. An apparent good future lies ahead but very serious changes need to happen in the "Directors" level for this future to be not only possible but an enjoyable journey for every employee.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
