ProsThere are very few real strong reasons to work at Bard compared to other companies within the medical device field. The most positive is that they do have a solid portfolio of products. In fact, some of them are the best in the industry. But, it's not just having strong products that make working at a company worthwhile.

ConsThe upper management team is dillusional about a number of things including quota, marketplace, motivation and economics.

Advice to Senior ManagementNegative motivation will result in short term gain, at best. But, it leaves long term anymosity.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
