I have been working at Bard

    Pros

Bard is really doing some amazing things for patients and healthcare professionals and it is a pleasure working somewhere where the first line of the mission statement is "patient" and not profit.

    Cons

If you are in the finance arena, things work differently at Bard; being very good at your job is not necessarily the road to promotion, but politics- who likes you versus who doesn't even when the job is performed well. The biggest con to the company is that information is a secret and management does not share it

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat your non executive employees better and let people know what is going on within the organization so people can do their jobs
