Current Employee – been working at Barilla America
Pros – Barilla has great work life ballance, and produces a great high quality product that you can be proud to represent. The office is small and relationships are very important.
Cons – Overall corporate strategy is not clearly communicated. Internal communication is a huge barrier to progress.
Advice to Senior Management – Have clear corporate strategy that all departments can work collectively together to acheive. Make sure this strategy is clearly communicated to the entire organization.
