Pros

Working with dogs was great, working with the pet owners as well. Getting to know more about Dog Behavior and health.

Cons

Everything. Low pay, horrible hours, harrassment from owner, no organization, corruption of management, bankrupcy, building falling apart, management far away, no communication.

Advice to Senior Management

Take a class on how to manage a business and take a lesson on respect for your employees. Treating people like dirt is not the way to make them work harder.
