Pros

it was good for a part time or seasonal job and the hours were convenient with class schedule which was nice

Cons

Even though they promised pay raises I never saw them and when minimum wage went up instead of my wage going up in proportion it just became the minimum wage since that was higher than i was making though i was not making minimum wage before that.

Advice to Senior Management

you need to inform employees of why they are not being put on the schedule and let them know in advance
