Barnes & Noble College Bookstores Bookseller in Dublin, CA:   (Current Employee)

Pros

Work at one of the biggest Barnes and Noble in the area, get coffee samples from friends working in the cafe area, book discounts, free outdated magazines and most outdated books (when I was working there at least), see friends and other familiar people now and then, be with some cool people, mid-management people were stern but understanding, meet some interesting customers.

Cons

Work at one of the biggest Barnes and Noble in the area, meet the "other" interesting customers, loser desperate guys hitting on you, out of touch upper-management who pushed around employees and were quick to jump on people with little reason.

Advice to Senior Management

Communicate your thoughts and ideas to us, don't push around employees with little reason or justification, and smarten up.
