    Pros

New books, 30% discount, lends books to employees Answer to a number of different store managers.

    Cons

Answer to a number of different store managers. Started at $6.50/hour. As an six-eight hour/day cashier, begrudged a 5 min.restroom break and for several years assigned no legal 15 min. breaks.

    Advice to Management

Each employee in a store is asked one question/year/manager with a yes or no answer only: Did this manager help or hinder your ability to do your assigned work? The number of no answers per manager would suggest store/company management problems.
