Other employees tend to be "know-it-alls" typical hipster crowd.

    Pros

    Pleasant place to work at . Most of jobs are easy to do. If you are lucky to get full time postition
    great paid vacation , paid sick leave and personal day.

    Cons

    I worked for band noble 13 years and I think it had one of the worst leadership pipelines.
    Can not rely on their word promotion from within. I never understood how people were
    promoted. Mostly assistant managers recommended their friends for promotion.

    Appreciate long time employees. Set clear advancement path. mean what you say.

    liked helping customers in a supervisory capacity, utilize employee strengths to benefit company and employee

    office politics, personal getting in the way of getting the job done, employees are bitter
