I worked at Barnes & Noble full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Everyone who works there loves books! It is a very established company so it is well-organized. The stores are always clean. Most of the people I worked with were very friendly and hard-working.

    Cons

The hours are not always great. I often worked weekends until midnight. The customers are often rude, but that goes for any retail business.
