I worked at Barnes & Noble

Pros

Definitely because you meet a lot of new people and the friends you make while you work there. Employees and management are nice.

Cons

Personally I didn't have much problems with the job. Although, once Rutgers bookstore merged with B&N college booksellers there was a wage decrease.
