Well-managed and Challenging

ProsGood training, great employee discount, and a fun work environment. Management is very hands-on and willing to help.

ConsLittle possibility of moving from part time to full time - hours are being cut back to avoid paying healthcare. Advancement opportunities would be nice.

    Great place to transition

    Pros: - great coworkers who like to talk about books - gain familiarity with upcoming… Cons: - minimum wage - not always a lot of hours - long… Advice to Senior Management: The push for membership sales can kind of crowd out other things, like offering other recommendations.
