I worked at Bass Pro Shops full-time for less than a year
Pros – Staff is friendly and are really helpful when you are first learning.
The products are generally of good quality.
Cons – After you have had training you're on your own in your department. There is not really the opportunity to grow this position into a meaningful career.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
